Refund Policy

We care about your shopping experience with us. 

All products sold on folkbridge.com are covered under our 30-Day Replacement Policy. Please notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 2 days from the date of delivery, we will arrange for the pick-up at your earliest convenience and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. If the item has any minor damage and is easily repairable, then the repaired item will be sent back to you. We apologise for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

Steps to get a defective item replaced:

  1. Contact Customer Care at customerservice@folkbridge.com within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery.

  2. The defective product or part would be recalled and a replacement will be shipped at the earliest depending on the availability of the entire product or part(s) with folkbridge.com. If we are unable to replace the product due to non-availability of product or defective part, a refund would be done to your source account.

Note: Please note replacement is offered for the products sold by folkbridge.com only.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement when bought on folkbridge.com:

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

Order Cancellation

Contact us at customerservice@folkbridge.com with your order reference number. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

  • If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
    • If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact customer service at +91-22-2430-0411 or +91-9833-009-705 and inform them of the same.
    • If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
  • Can I cancel my order online? Unfortunately, we do not offer this option currently. 

Refund Processing Terms

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take folkbridge.com a maximum of 2-4 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. You will be notified of the same.

We currently only offer ‘back to source’ refund mode. Once you order cancellation has been confirmed, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. It may take upto 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by folkbridge.com.
